Policy during the Coronavirus pandemic 2020

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic situation in Israel, our branches are currently open according to the national guidelines

First and foremost, your health and the health of our staff is important to us!

Orders can be made on the website and delivery times are around 3 days

The shipping company is adapting its service according to the guidelines in order to ensure safety during delivery

Returns / Exchanges Policy:

The following information concerns deliveries for orders made on the website. This information does not replace the site's terms but serves to sharpen and highlight shipment and returns issues. In any dispute the site's terms are decisive.

Product delivery times from the store –

Most orders are processed and dispatched from the store within one business day. However, some products are not always available in stock, so their delivery time may be longer. If we are unable to deliver to you within a reasonable timeframe we will contact you with an update and obtain your approval to continue processing the order. Delivery times in Israel are up to 5 business days, except in exceptional areas. Delivery times abroad are up to 14 business days.

Delivery options and times

On the shopping cart page you can choose the type of delivery that is right for you.

  • Warehouse self-collection – After receiving confirmation by email from us that the package is ready, the products can be collected during business hours as detailed on the website, by prior arrangement. Your order will be kept at the warehouse for 14 business days unless otherwise confirmed by us
  • Home delivery – up to 5 business days (business days are any day except Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holiday days). In case of remote locations and/or extra-large packages delivery times could be extended up to 7 business days

Please note: In order to avoid delays in delivery it is recommended to choose a delivery address where you are present during the day (work, home or any other address of your choice)

Shipment tracking

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made quickly and easily at all branches of the chain.

Exchanges can be made up to 14 business days from the day the product was received. A receipt / proof of purchase / screenshot of website purchase confirmation must be provided.

Refund Policy:

The conditions for a refund for cancellation of a transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law are:

– The item costs 50 NIS or more.

– The item is new, not used, and its price tag has not been removed.

– The item is returned to one of the company’s stores or sent to the company’s address within 2 business days from the day the product was received. The refund will be processed after the product is received by the company.

Return address – the item should be sent back in a closed package with a courier at your expense to the address

Mish'ol HaKurtam 27Jerusalem. It must be sent via courier at your expense or by registered mail only. A receipt/purchase invoice must be enclosed.

– Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

– 7% of the value of the item would be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with the consumer Protection Law (5% cancellation fee and 2% commission charges).

-It is not possible to process refunds for payments made with cards where the payment is deducted from the account on the same day, such as the "direct" type, etc. 

– Under the direction of the Ministry of Health, swimwear cannot be returned.

If you choose to receive the refund in the form of credit to use on the website (coupon code), the value of the coupon will be equal to the original amount paid – with no deductions.

The coupon gives the customer the option of exchange/credit on the website.

* All products shipped on our behalf are under warranty. Any defective product will be immediately replaced.
